About our Care Team

From the start, we will not compromise on the quality of our care and support staff. We have a thorough recruitment process which means that we have the best team of carers available and are confident in the levels of service that they deliver.

All staff have an enhanced police check with the Disclosure and Barring Service and will not commence employment until this has been received. Stringent safeguards are in place to check the identity of new staff and that all references received are accurate and true.

To ensure staff are confident and competent in their role, new staff will work with staff trainers in the field. These staff are recognised as being able to mentor new starters, showing them how care and support should be provided; what is acceptable and unacceptable and offering them support in their first weeks.

All of our staff  (regardless of if they have expereince or are new to the care sector)  receive an in-depth induction. As a company we recognise that staff training is crucial in ensuring staff in the field are fully aware of our expected standards and understand the vision and beliefs of the company.  Ongoing training and career progression is something that is available to all of our staff and pride ourselves on excellent staff retention rates.
