Odelles Story

We shared a video of Odelle on our Facebook page last week and it gathered so many lovely comments that we wanted to share a little more about this incredible woman.
Odelle has been with Complete Care for about 7.5 years in total, she took a little time out to work regular shifts in a care home due to familial commitments but has been back with us for around 12 months now. After starting with us in domiciliary care, Odelle worked incredibly hard and undertook further training with is and is now one of our Complex Needs Fast Responders.
Covering our Otley region Odelle provides support to other staff, knows all of the needs of our clients in her area, covers any staff absences, she carries out spot checks to make sure that we are always providing the very best care. Splitting her time between the office and being out in the field means that Odelle provides an invaluable service to us at Complete Care, she’s a confidante for everyone and goes out of her way to make sure her team are happy.
One of the things that struck me the most when speaking to Odelle is just how passionate she is about what she does. She loves each and every single day and even said how work doesn’t feel like work to her. Her main aim for each and every one of our clients is to give them their independence back and doing that gives her joy.
